1. Agency disclosure and Fair housing disclosure are to be signed at first substantive contact with the client

2. Agents will do the first appt without a preapproval or buyer-exclusive agreement.

3. Preapproval/ Proof of fund and buyer exclusive agreement to be signed and filed with an agent after first viewing.   

4. A copy of both furnished to the client

5. Commission due upon title transfer or lease signing
